3 Must-Have Items For Your Frozen Yogurt Shop

Posted on: 26 August 2017

Are you preparing to open up a frozen yogurt shop? You may have decided on this business venture because you love frozen yogurt and want to offer healthier treat options to people who are living in the area. Before you open up your new business, there are some must-have supplies you should make sure to invest in ahead of time. These items would be put to good use at the shop.

1. Decorative Cups

Cups are one of the most important items that should be on your list of things to get for the new yogurt shop. Choose paper cups in a variety of different sizes so that your customers will be able to choose the size they want. Instead of picking out plain paper cups, consider choosing decorative options. You could have the cups customized to your liking, too.

Not sure what type of design to go with when purchasing these cups? As a way of branding your business, you could have the logo to your new shop printed out on all the cups. You could have additional designs and patterns added to the cups to make them look even better.

2. Cool Spoons

Customers would need to have the right utensils to eat their yogurt. You could offer a variety of cool spoons to customers to make the frozen yogurt experience even more exciting. Choose plastic spoons in different colors and styles. Some of the spoons change colors as soon as they touch the frozen yogurt because of its cool temperature. Those color changing spoons, such as from Color Change Spoon, could keep the children entertained and excited about enjoying a healthy and delicious treat at your shop.

3. Yogurt Toppings

Make sure you have plenty of toppings in dispensers for your customers to choose from. Although some people enjoy eating their frozen yogurt plain, others may prefer to mix things up a bit by adding some tasty treats to the yogurt. There are plenty of different toppings you could consider offering at your frozen yogurt shop, such as:

  • Chocolate morsels
  • Sprinkles
  • Peanuts
  • Crushed cookies
  • Cereal
  • Fresh fruit
  • Shredded coconut

Offer as many toppings you would like to your customers. They can create their own custom treat by adding as many of these toppings as they want to their yogurt.

Operating a yogurt shop may be something you have wanted to do for a while. Now that you will soon be opening the doors to customers, make sure you have some important items, such as decorative cups, neat spoons and plenty of toppings for everyone.
